Is the same admob can resulting banned permanent on ther account GP

Very need a help,  i want to ask :
Is the same admob can resulting banned permanent on ther account GP,  when we have a 2 suspend to safe we will create a new account but its is a new admob or same admob?  And if we old account GP will be banned permanently (in this case we do same admob at the new account)  will it can be effect to banned too a new account?

    There is always the chance that Google will detect your accounts through Admob. It has not happened to me, but it has been 2 years since my last account ban. They did not detect the accounts I made afterwards, even though I use same Admob, but who knows what could happen if I get a ban now?

    Maybe make an Admob at a relative's name.
