External App upload?

Hi guys,
I have over 50.000 downloads on my app and I would like to release an external app on google play. 
Is it possible to overwright the andromo app and put it into the app? what is necessary that google can accept the new app?

    No it's not possible to replace/update your Andromo app with a non-Andromo app in Google Play. You would need to submit it as a new app.
