We have tried your App software and its very good. Please confirm that if we take out the Professional (Best Value) $21 Per Month Plan paid Annually there is NO Adverts on our Apps and its 100% our Apps we make with NO Andromo at all anywhere in our Apps., no little icons, graphics etc etc

Are we the one to submit to Google Play Store etc using our account?

As far as Google Play, yes you are responsible for publishing your app to Google Play. Third party app publishing is actually prohibited by Google Play.
