Got the *.apk - how to get it into Google play?

I go to https://play.google.com/apps/publish and upload the *.apk
I got warnings, that it will inform users what permissions it needs when installed. That is ok.

Now we come to the second page.

1. Screenshots at least 2

Screenshots:
320 x 480, 480 x 800, 480 x 854,
1280 x 720, 1280 x 800
24 bit PNG or JPEG (no alpha)
Full bleed, no border in art
You
may upload screenshots in landscape orientation. The thumbnails will
appear to be rotated, but the actual images and their orientations will
be preserved.

And how do I get these screenshots???????

3. Promotional Graphic
    optional
4. Feature Graphic
    optional

5. Promotional Video
    optional
6. Privacy Policy
    Not submitting a privacy policy URL at this time

7. Marketing Opt-Out

Do
not promote my application except in Google Play and in any
Google-owned online or mobile properties. I understand that any changes
to this preference may take sixty days to take effect.

For the other points, do I need to take care of something special?

To take a screenshot, open up the application, and hold down the power button while pressing the home button.

Good luck, worst case scenario you can also use a digital camera to take the screen shots, but the better the screen shots are the better your app will do.
