How to add individual album photos with song tracks listed for discography?

I want to add an activity where a list of a band's albums is displayed, along with a photo of the album cover, and track listings. I can't find an activity that will let me do that. Any ideas?

    I would try using the About activity, since it supports an image and text and results in a nice native interface, otherwise you could do it in HTML using the Custom Page or HTML Archive activities.
