Playing audio file from users' storage

Hey guys, just wanted to know if there is a way to play audio file from users' storage?
Like some kind of music player/soundboard that chooses users' own audio file to play.

No, there's no way to do that in Andromo.

Just out of curiosity, it seems like Andromo team tend to avoid permission to read/write to storage, is there any particular reason to this?
