Google Adsense error: Earnings at risk - One or more of your sites does not have an ads.txt file.

I'm receiving this error message: "Earnings at risk - One or more of your sites does not have an ads.txt file." Google is saying I need to create an "ads.txt" file at my website that can be crawled, but Adsense ads only appear in my Andromo apps. What's up?
