Urgent! I Paid but doesn't let me create apps!

Hello

I paid my subscription monthly fee to andromo and the payment has been verified. The control panel has the message on the right: You're on the Professional monthly plan.Thanks! You've been a subscriber since 08/28/2019.

But I have noticed when I try to rebuild some of my apps in every app displays this message: You do not have an active subscription. You cannot use the 'Build' function until you purchase a subscription. Please sign up for a subscription plan today so you can generate your app. 

What’s the problem? I paid and I can’t use your services.  

I have already submitted 2 tickets to support and waiting your respond.
