The internal link doesn't work?

Hello. I use the "Launch Notice" to show the "EU Cookie & Data Protection Law" notification. In the "Notice Text" I use a link to an internal "Custom Page" in this format: <a href="andromo://custompage943329">See more</a>.

However, when I tap the "See more", nothing happens.

Does anyone know why is this so?
