New Shoutcast app

Hey guys I was going to start a new app with the new Shoutcast player (if it will handle .pls files) - but in the activities I can't find it. Is it just an update to the music player? 

Also I'm interested in going for the yearly subscription but I'm wondering is it possible at all to have my stream address tested for a second or two there to confirm it works, I've had a variety of problems with different web based players due to it being an AAC stream, I have a backup MP3 stream I could switch to if the AAC doesn't work. The links below I have also in http://109.*.*.*:5012 (for example) format also if it would make a difference.
