Account showing 7 day trial

Hi. I tried to use the support link but i't doesn't seem to be working for me when I submit my query, it just hangs.

My issue is.. My Andromo Subscription renewed on 21st Dec 2019 for my usual annual amount so it shouldn't expire until 21st Dec 2020 but When I logged into my account at the top in a banner stating that states that i'm on a 7 day trial.. Who can I contact to get this fixed?
