andromo youtube activity got my app suspended

you know its so stupid to offer admob ads then have us use the youtube activity function so our apps can get suspended, because google does not want traffic seeing double the ads on 2 platforms its offering. Its just stupid how I can't dowload a youtube video then upload it to my app. thats rediculious.
