Very very new

Hi all i'm very new here, i'm a disabled and type with a stick, i also use the stick on my phone, it has a dreawing pin in the end and a wire up the stick which i covered with tin foil and it works like a finger. any way i want to try making apps which might help other disabled people. i don't get much money so right now i can't pay for a sub, but i'll get there soon, anyway can someone tell what i can start off with just to see how it goes please.

    Think of something you would like to make and post it and maybe we can tell you how to do it.  Where do you live? you could make an app of all the disability resources in your area incl, places, rental cars and taxi's etc.
