Lost content in activities custom page?

Is it possible that Activities -> Custom Page -> Source code is sometimes loosing its content?

I think it happened to me.

Within http head I entered something like

meta http-equiv="refresh" content="20"

and previewed it

Suddenly most of my content was gone.
