Subscription problem

hi friends.

i have problem of subsription.

i have paid for mode pro 28 $ but i can't create new project with current subscription they say Your storage quota is exceeded. Please upgrade your plan.

my subscrtiption enabled now but i can't create or build any thing and i don't know how to paid the difference to apgrade to ultra mode
