Problems with V3 Photo Gallary and V3 in general

Hi there, I've tried to build a wallpapers app on V3 as I used to do with V2, but the problem is there is a bug in the photo gallery that prevents the photos from being scrollable. How can I fix this issue? When you start scrolling photos, the first and second ones may scroll, but then it stops scrolling!!! What is the problem?

And can we start building our apps on V3, or are there a lot of bugs that need to be fixed before we can switch to V3? Thanks.
