How do i do opt in before i did opt out

I did opt out before Now i am started using andromo V3 and started uploading the Bundle but getting error from play that you need to sign in to play console but no option i have found yet,
how do i upload app bundle please help ..
i try to contact support but they are not even properly answering my question and taking too much time. please help me guys.

was this your application originally created on the Andromo platform, or did you use any other application builder service to create its previous versions?
how i use another platform reason i am how do without keystore. lol really andromo on wrong hands before it was amazing now all problem without solution.
