I was trying to pay for my Andromo subscription for the current month And I was surprised that I paid for the entire year. Therefor I asked the support to refund the amount I paid because I only wanted to pay for a single month not a year, they told me that they have informed the commercial team about my request and they will answer later. Its been a month now and they stopped answering my messages. Please tell me what can I do in this case? Thank you.
