blocked by play protect

I created audio streaming (mp3) app from andromo. To test it, i checked "install from unknown source". Some apps made from andromo can be installed on my smartphone without any warning. But there is an app that has warning "blocked by play protect". Why is this happened? anyone knows? how to bypass this warning ? because samsung store will reject app with this warning.
