You mention that there is a cancel subscription button when there is clearly none. I have send you two emails and you never replied. This is a disgrace.

Me too,like I had tree trial and I wanted to cancel my subscription but I couldn't cancel it.Now I paid 36 USD for.Such a shame for those who didn't made the site properly!
Not only you. I subscripted to 1 month ultra plan, I have no plan of renewing it beyond that month, but Andromo saved my bank card details which give them room to charge me for the second month. I sent them a complain email since 3 weeks ago and still they are yet to respond. And I can't find how to remove my card details to avoid unplanned subscription again.
