My App has been rejected from the Ios AppStore due to lack of App Tracking Transparency.

Rejection Reasons:

5.1.2 Legal: Privacy - Data Use and Sharing

"The app privacy information you provided in App Store Connect indicates you collect data in order to track the user, including User ID. However, you do not use App Tracking Transparency to request the user's permission before tracking their activity."


Its been 3 weeks and support hasn't responded and I couldn't find any documentation online.

Has anyone come across this before?
