Need Help Launching Completed App

I have my app developed, but I don't know how to get them onto the app stores. I have created accounts on each, but it's not nearly as straightforward as I had anticipated. Is there somewhere I can find someone who can help me take my completed app, and push it onto the app stores?

    I do not know what android app stores you have in mind, but I have uploaded apps in more than 30 stores in the past with mixed results.
