wrong subscription changing

Hello

I subscribed by mistake to the annual program which costs 200$ instead of the monthly one that I used to subscribe to usually which cost 28 $

Is there any chance that I will get a refund ?

so I can proceed updating my apps or making new ones

for one more month ?

    This company is a scam. There is no option to unsubscribe from the monthly plan!

    I have not used their platform. Will they refund me? Otherwise they are a scam.
