In App Purchase and Purchase Id

Hello, New to the platform so just learning.

Can someone point me in the right direction. I am attempting to set up the 'In App Purchase' and it is asking me for an Android Id and an IOS Id, I do not know what these are and I have searched for about an hour and cannot find anything about it.
