Commision Free Cross Promotion

I was browsing through android forums and found this great little service: http://appflood.com/ (free user exchange)
I'm not promoting them, I just want to ask, if it would be possible to implement this feature in future Andromo versions? Getting installs and users is quite hard (especially for beginners) and this seems like a perfect alternative.
It would be also cool, if users could share our apps on Facebook, Twitter, G+ and other social media channels (click on a "share" button and different sharing options pop-up). A lot of custom made apps have this feature and it helps tremendously with free app promotion.
