hosting on my own website

I have created a small useful app for my churches youth group. I dont want to put it out for public, but the email that cam with the download said "or alternatively you can download the file and then host it on your own website if you prefer." ...any suggestions how I could do this?

    Yes, I have done this several times when testing my app. Do you have access to their host? If so you can upload it there and just create a link on the site that users can download the app from. If you need any help feel free to ask.
