How to delete Permissions from app?

Hi, How can i delete this permissions from my app?
Network communications:full network access
Phone calls: read phone status and identify
Is it possible? & do i have to get a premium account?
I have send it to an app provider & they say you have to delete this unnecessary accessibilities.If it's impossible how can i prove them this accessibilities aren't harmful?
