Is it possible to disguise authorship

I have noticed that on Google play and other places you get a also by this author section.
Now if I were to produce two apps for rival groups (nothing dangerous this isn't a sequel to west side story or anything) Im sure that viewing one with a 'you might also like' would be seen as inappropriate.
So is there anyway of clouding authorship as far as app stores are concerned. Note I am not looking for anonymity or secrecy here just avoiding clashes.
