Amazon cashout

Hi, I am from Panama and I want to set my payment method on Amazon, Could anyone tell me how could I cash out? I have paypal and a Payoneer card, but amazon only shows me the mailing adreess option.

Yes, without any problems (Austria/Europe).
You only need a valid bank account in your name.
They pay very fast, usually around the 25th of the following month.

And you should request an EIN with the IRS (if you don't have that, amazon withholds the 30% US-Tax and you would need to file a tax return at the end of the year)

Can you please give some more info on the EIN thing? I am in Greece and far from cash-out, but better be prepared.
