Can't put my andromo app in Google play

Whenever I try uploading my andromo app that got emailed to me, it says uploaded failed. 

Help please.

Could you take a screen shot of this error message? It may help myself or someone else on here with your problem.

Also, when does it say upload failed? Right after you try to upload it, or after you try and publish it?

It could be an issue of problematic internet access or browser issues. Try a pc restart and router reset and attempt to use another browser if it keeps failing.
