How can I send a private message?

Sorry, if I missed something obvious, but I cannot find a way to send a private message to another forum member.
@vyperapps is having the same issue.
Can anyone enlighten us?

    I think this option was turned off about 6-7 month ago. I too would like to see it enabled again - you can even keep it monitored, for what I care, I'd just like to have it back.

    I think they have to pay additional for that feature , hopefully it does get put on again.

    I feel much less stupid having read this now! I swore it was just super late at night and I had what my wife calls "male vision". Like when I say we are all out of milk...It just wasn't there!
