RSS feed using keywords

Hi can anyone help me figure out how to produce a RSS feed for my app using a keyword. I have tried many different ways and cannot get it to work.
If I wanted to generate an RSS feed say based on the keywords UK Weather , how could I do it ?

    RSS feeds only come from posts, you need to find somewhere that is posting the info for you to retrieve the RSS feed.  Try using Google News.  Sorry that's all i know
