After resending the Data Safety, my app has been rejected from being updated.

Here's what's being said:

Your recent app update has been rejected for not adhering to the Google Play Developer Program Policies. We've sent more information to the account owner's email address. Address any issues and make sure your app meets all policy requirements before resubmitting. The previous version of your app is still available on Google Play.


Any solution for this?

    Can't find an email, but here's written on the Policy status's waring details:

    Violation:

    Data safety section in Google Play User Data policy: Invalid Data safety form


    Details: 

    We reviewed your app’s Data safety form in Play Console and found discrepancies between it and how the app collects and shares user data. All apps are required to complete an accurate Data safety form that discloses their data collection and sharing practices - this is required even if your app does not collect any user data.


    We detected user data transmitted off device that you have not disclosed in your app’s Data safety form as user data collected.

    Thank you for that link! If we originally set up our apps years ago, how were we supposed to know that particular video was what we needed???

    The issue was resolved by following a link posted by ByGajiyev ( https://youtu.be/0ZfzqioIQtc?t=2557 )

    and you have to select the 'App info and performance' too. (link here https://i.imgur.com/QWpXixC.png )

    Also, thanks to support staff that help me sorting it out.


    @ holyoak.com ; I think it's a must. You can find an app's Data Safe section from your app (Below the 'About this app' section), it should be like this https://i.imgur.com/QqPrcs7.jpeg

    I've just followed the instructions in the video but recieved an email from Google that my app has been rejected due to discrepancies between the data safety form and the apk.

    Here is part of the email:

    Issue details

    We found an issue in the following area(s):

    • APK 1001: Policy Declaration - Data Safety Section: Device Or Other IDs Data Type - Device Or Other IDs (some common examples may include Advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, BSSID, MAC address)
