Bug app not open?

I have sent multiple emails to support and they have not helped me. My app does not open, it stays on a white screen and does not go from there, the android studio debug mentions an error:

FATAL EXCEPTION: main

Process: com.xxxx.xxxxx, PID: 21901

 java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to start activity ComponentInfo{com.xxxx.xxxxxx/com.ryanheise.audioservice.AudioServiceActivity}: java.lang.RuntimeException: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: dlopen failed: library "libflutter.so" not found

    Hi, I have blank screen too on android studio.

    Your error is related to a library that is not present in your app.

    Can you answer us for this issue.

    I have the error on the Google Play console.

    "split_config.xxhdpi.apk!/lib/x86, /system/lib]]] couldn't find "libflutter.so
