    Yes, details about the specific error would help. Some things you should look into are:

    - Trying a different browser.
    - Trying again today as it could be just a temporary glitch.
    - Contacting support at Google Play since Andromo doesn't have any control over their store.

    Yep, this is a rare problem. I believe it is a problem of Google Play itself. Just wait some time (a couple of minutes/hours) and you should be able to upload it succesfully. You can find several topics about it on the internet but there is no fix as far as I know, and I searched a lot.
