Start App without buttons

How can I start my app into an activity without having button selections on the opening screen?

    DISABLE YOUR DASHBOARD, AND THE ACTIVITY AT THE TOP OF YOUR ACTIVITY LIST WILL APPEAR INSTEAD OF YOUR DASHBOARD.
