You can start working on the layout by creating new project. The activity you need is called Shoutcast. You will need either a shoutcast link or a playlist link. Once this is done, you can build the app and upload in markets or hand it to clients from your website.
PS An HTML custom dashboard could be better choice since you only want 1 activity.
