has anyone had problems with google play to create applications with youtube videos

    As long as you don't infringe copyright and you use the YouTube "activity" in Andromo you should be fine.  I had issues when i used the website activity and linked to a youtube search page (to do with, you cant show ads when viewing a youtube video). hope that helps.
