Followed “How to Take Screen Shots” with no
problem BUT
Created Folder Android SDK Tools
and 2 sub folders (AVD Mgr and SDK Mgr)
but no DDMS folder.
Can anyone help?

it sounds as thosdsugh you missed step 3:
Install the Platform Tools
Once you do that you should see the tools directory and within that the ddms file.
