One Admob Ad for 2 apps?

Does anyone can tell if i can use One (the same) admob ad code for two different apps?
Will they work both or just the one?

    The ad code is assigned for a party app name and using one for two better not.
    Why @diasapps?
    Use one for each is better for tracking

    @diasapps: If you wish, you can do so. I've talked with Eric from AdMob about this and he says it's OK. Also, even if you don't link your AdMob ad in the console, there are no consequences.
