    Once you put that app up on Google Play there is no limit to how many people can install it.

    how about the apps after a year has passed, they are still working on gadget or be banned (not working)?

    They are working still but you cannot edit them because your access to the Projects page here in Andromo will be lost. Unless of course you let your subscription renew.
