How Make new folder

Hi
I want to create a new folder in the activity but can not. This folder to make it easier for me and the user to search the activity according to its type.
For example:
I created a website activity
1. health: if raga.com
                         Healthy food.com
                         Medicine .com
2. Finance: savings.com
                        Salary .com
                        
Etc.
I hope this becomes an enter in the future.

    Add a title and picture below and a line to separate the activities. Then mark both the picture and the title and add the link
