Unfortunately app sopped working

From the time the new Layout of navigation drawer has come, the apps are getting forced closed when we scroll up and down. When i scroll the app up or down, it says Unfortunately app sopped working, i tried to create new app and same thing happens when we select an activity and when try to scroll up or down , the app force closes or it automatically come out of the activity to home screen or the app just closes completely.
