Help with adding logo at the top of my app

I'm wanting to add a logo at the top of my app so that my activities are listed beneath it, I'm guessing it's something to do with the theme setting but I can't figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks

    That’s the “Feature Image”.

    is there a way to fix the position of the feature image if I scroll down on the dashboard?

    No, the feature image is designed to scroll away with the content/toolbar (depending on what toolbar settings you are using) as per material design guidelines.

    * It is technically possible to have it remain fixed if your toolbar is set to show the feature image as the toolbar background, and the toolbar is set to not scroll away automatically -- it will remain visible along with the toolbar in that case, as it is serving as the toolbar background. However, it will also be limited by the size of the toolbar.

    The activity background image is the only image that remains fixed in place.
