Problem whit app google play

I have created an app that weighs 140 megabytes, but google play allows a maximum of 100 megabytes per application, I have read and need expansion files for my application, how do I do that with andromo.com?

    Andromo does not support expansion files at this time.

    You will need to reduce the size of your application by removing or resizing content, reducing the number of activities, etc.
