Hello everyone, I’d like to share a situation I’ve encountered with the Andromo platform to see if anyone can help or if you’ve experienced something similar. I spent a lot of time and effort developing a quiz game using one of the templates provided by Andromo. Before moving forward, I contacted Andromo support to confirm if the template included sounds, and they assured me that all their templates have sounds. With that reassurance, I worked hard and successfully completed my project. However, upon testing the game on Google Play, both my test users and I realized that the game doesn’t have any sounds at all. It feels like a “silent” game, which is disappointing because sounds are an essential part of the experience for users. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve been waiting two weeks for a response from Andromo support, but I haven’t received any solution or explanation. Has anyone else faced similar issues with Andromo templates? Or do you know of a way to resolve this problem? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
