How to change the name of a published app

I have an app on the app store which also runs Admob ads. I need to change the name of the app.

What is the best/easiest way to do this? 

And how will this affect my Admob ads and how it is linked to the app? Is Admob linked to the apk name?

Should i just create a whole new app with the new name or can I simply change the name in Andromo and re-upload it and everything will just change automatically?

    If you create a new project, the package name will change and Google Play will consider that to be an entirely different app. If you can want to keep the app you have, just update the name in your project, rebuild and update the info in Google Play accordingly.
