I saw some andromo apps which streaming mp3 music inside, there is a lot of popular music bands with songs inside which you can play. Is that legal?

    If you did not create the content yourself or obtain licensing permission to use content you did not create, then don’t use it. You are just setting yourself up to fail. Google will find out. The copyright holder will find out. Andromo will find out. Your App and account will be removed. That will be the least of your problems. You will be sad. Be smart instead.
