Ringtone apps incompatibile with Android 10?

Hello, I'm getting more and more complaints that my ringtone apps aren't compatible with Android 10. Is anyone else experiencing the same? Thanks

Nobody else is experiencing this? I'm getting emails from users constantly and it's mostly Galaxy S10 + Android 10 combo. My apps are taking a big downturn because of this. And urgent fix would be needed @andromoappmaker

Yes and I have already submitted a ticket with @andromoappmaker months ago.

@hendrixs @andromoappmaker I discovered the issue is a sound problem with android 10 update. It has nothing to do with the apps and can not be fixed on our end. The users should contact their phone manufacturer the get the bug fixed with an update.

Good to know, thank you, @Mack2020! Do you happen to know what exactly is the issue? @andromoappmaker tested two of my apps and they said that everything works fine, however, I am getting a lot of complaints from the users.
