Simple display of a webpage not working

I have a webpage that is a simple index.html file split into 2 iframes.  Each iframe calls a different URL.  If I browse this index.html file directly from my android browser i can view it as expected; however when I try to browse this index.html url via an andromo activity i get "webpage not available" in both frames.

Im at a loss, dont know what to do to fix this.  Seems so simple?!

Only thing I can think of is when viewing this url via browser I am prompted with a certificate warning (not my site, i have no control over this), and i click continue and the iframes load their content.  In my andromo app i dont ever get prompted to continue through the certificate warning; it just immediately loads "web page not available"

Any ideas out there?

Is this using the 'Website' activity or the 'HTML Archive' activity or ?

tried both methods; same results.

An example URL I am trying to use is: "https://calllist.optimumlightpathvoice.com//session/line/gadget.html?env=vista&custurl=https://optimumlightpathvoice.com&mode=calllists&showtitle=true&widgetversion=7.3"

I can browse this fine using my phone's browser, but your app builder will not load the page for whatever reason.

I have created a simple application using the web button.

I have a problem when a user tries to Upload a File from the application.

When the Choose File button is clicked, nothing happens, no gallery etc.

When I use the current android browser and dolphin browser, they both work correctly and when

clicking Choose File the user gets the choice of Gallery Pics.

Any idea if this can be fixed? Feels like it's the application holding that browser back somehow..

I've been doing some testing on our end, and I believe the cause is the certificate error. I think I've found a solution to the certificate warning, however it will need to be tested more. I may want to get you to test it on your end with a couple apps, if you give me URLs to build with to see what effects you're seeing. So if you could submit a support request on our support site with a couple links that you wanted tested, I'll build a couple test apps and send them to you. Just say this is for "Darryl".

When you say the "web button", are you referring to the Website, Custom Page, or HTML Archive, just because they all use the same Webview control internally. Do you have an example that you could send us to test with, that may help to see what is being called, and if there is something generic we can enable in the Webview. You can submit a support request as well if you want to make it private. Just say this is for "Darryl".

Actually, the certificate problem isn't as simple as I thought. Going to require some additional looking into to have it behave safely.

I have a basic HTML file with 2 iframes; each calling the appropriate link above.  When browsing this html file using my native android browser, i receive the cert warning, click continue and the 2 iframes proceed to load the urls.  In my andromo app, i just get the page cannot be displayed error, no cert warnings.

I'm willing to test anything you need, just let me know.
